In the event of unsuccessful delivery despite reasonable attempts made by our team, a small re-delivery charge may apply.
Please note that deliveries must be made to an area of hardstanding. The delivery location must also be accessible by our large box van vehicle, which will not be driven through fields or other muddy areas and items will be unloaded by pallet truck.
We cannot accept responsibility for items left in a designated area unattended for any loss or damage at all.

In addition to our main delivery service we also offer a delivery service for all pet and small animal products (Excluding Horse Feed & Bedding).
(Please note no horse feed / bedding / small holding or other bulky / heavy products are available via this service)
There is a small nominal charge for our Pet Van service of £1.50 per order
