Minimum order of £40 required up to 12 miles, a minimum of £75 applies to the 12 - 15 mile category.
Yard orders - You can join up with others on your yard but the delivery charge must be paid at the time of the first order.

This service is only for Dog, cat, wild bird, small animal products only. No Horse bedding/Feed or livestock feed or heavy items will go on this service.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery despite reasonable attempts made by our team, a re-delivery charge will apply.

Please note that deliveries must be made to an area of hardstanding. The delivery location must also be accessible by our large box trailer and vehicle, which will not be driven through fields or other muddy areas and items will be unloaded by pallet truck. We cannot walk each item on the delivery to your chosen location, especially if it is not hard standing and safe under foot. Livestock must not be loose in the delivery area. The health & safety of our team is our main priority.

We cannot accept responsibility for items left in a designated area unattended for any loss or damage at all.
